Wooden tools worked over the tissue to soften it and even out contours after lipo or a BBL.
The most demanding of the three, and the only one that waits: it is given only from one year after surgery, once deep healing is complete. Before then, the work is done through drainage.

Wood therapy means wooden tools. Without wood it's called sculptural massage — not wood therapy. Here's exactly what comes out of the case, and what each piece is for.
El hongo. The broad rounded piece. It opens the area at the start of the work and passes over sensitive regions without concentrating pressure.
Rodillo de cubos. The edges catch the tissue. This is the one that goes after firm areas on the stomach and flanks.
Rodillo de esferas. Softer, rounder. For thighs, hips and anything that can't take the cubes yet.
Tabla sueca and cepillo. The board works large flat surfaces, the back and the backs of the thighs. The brush opens the session and wakes up surface circulation.
La mazorca. The grooved roller, the most recognisable of the set.
Nothing to buy and nothing to prepare. The case holds the six tools, the table, the linens, the oils and the light unit.
Outside any surgical context. Swedish, deep tissue or relaxation, at home, for women, men and children alike. An insurance receipt is issued under the RMPQ membership number.
In a group, one person receives their massage while the others wait. The mobile spa removes that wait: it is set up on site and becomes part of the appointment rather than dead time.
Enveloping infrared heat that induces sweating, before or after the massage.
A portable sauna set up in the home, for whoever is waiting their turn.
Two therapists work at the same time on the same person. The rate is confirmed by phone.
Groups, pairs and treatments for children are priced case by case. The price is confirmed when booking.
Add-on treatments, given alongside a massage or on their own. They belong neither to the post-operative path nor to therapeutic massage.
Dry exfoliation that refines skin texture and wakes up microcirculation. Pairs well with a massage.
Infrared light on the face, with no manipulation and no product. As an add-on or on its own.
Tissue release and circulatory stimulation, on areas that have not had surgery.
On assessment only, and never on a recently operated area. We discuss it at the end of the path, once recovery is done.
Tape measurements at each stage, tracking actual change rather than impression.
These treatments are contraindicated on a recently operated area. If recovery is under way, they are considered only after the surgeon's clearance.
