This website collects nothing

This site is a storefront. It has no forms, no accounts, no cart and no analytics. It sets no cookies and tracks no one.

The recovery calendar tool runs its calculation entirely in the browser. The surgery date entered is not sent anywhere, is not stored anywhere, and disappears when the page is closed.

Typefaces are served from this site, not from Google. The site makes no third-party connections at all: nothing is loaded from elsewhere, and nothing is reported to anyone.

That is also why no cookie banner appears on arrival. A banner exists to seek consent before dropping advertising or analytics cookies. There are none here, so there is nothing to ask.

The contact form

The form on the Contact page is the only thing that sends anything anywhere, and only on sending. It passes the fields completed — first name, email, and where given, phone, city and surgery date — to the business inbox. Nothing is stored on the site along the way.

The message is carried by Google Workspace, which hosts the business inbox. It leaves the Body Dream Massage account and arrives in its own inbox: no third-party delivery service sits in between. Your browser never contacts Google directly.

Google processes the message on servers located outside Québec, including in the United States. It is the same provider that hosts the business inbox, so there is no additional recipient beyond what is described above.

The form deliberately asks for no medical details. Those are discussed on the phone with Pamela, not written into an inbox.

What Body Dream Massage collects

The site collects nothing, but the business does collect information when a session is booked:

• name, phone number and address
• the type of surgery and its date
• any health information shared voluntarily and necessary for safe care
• session and payment history

Health information is sensitive information under the law. It is collected only to the extent needed for safe care.

Why

• to schedule, confirm and send appointment reminders
• to adapt the treatment to the surgery and the stage of recovery
• to issue receipts, including insurance receipts
• to meet applicable accounting and professional obligations

No information is sold, rented or traded. None is used for advertising.

Photographs

No photograph is taken, kept or published without separate written consent, naming the channels concerned (website, Instagram) and revocable at any time.

Consenting to a treatment never implies consenting to be photographed.

Who has access

Pamela Calix and Tamara Calix only, and only to what their work requires. Information is not shared with anyone else unless the law requires it.

For how long

Treatment records and receipts are kept for the period required by applicable professional and tax obligations, then securely destroyed. Message threads that go nowhere are deleted once they are no longer useful.

Your rights

It is possible at any time to request access to the information held, have it corrected if inaccurate, withdraw a consent given, or request its deletion where the law allows.

Requests are made by email or phone and answered within 30 days.
